Daniel Risch, Chief Executive Officer Daniel Risch has served as CEO of Lincoln Lutheran since 2000. He has more than 25 years of experience leading service organizations. He has worked with nonprofit senior service providers in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. As a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), he holds degrees in Philosophy, Theology and Health Care Management. |

Carolyn Seeger, Senior Vice President Carolyn Seeger has been with Lincoln Lutheran since 1982 and has held a number of lead positions. Carolyn is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), a Certified Aging Services Professional (CASPF) and holds a degree in Management and Communications. |

Rick Bova, Jr., CPA, Chief Financial Officer Rick Bova joined our team as CFO in early 2011. He has more than 20 years of financial management experience including financial analysis, accounting, controls, budgeting, planning and forecasting. |

Butch Patterson, Vice President, Human Resources Butch Patterson is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and joined the Lincoln Lutheran Team in 2007. Butch holds both graduate and undergraduate degrees in Economics, Government and Educational Technology. Butch has 33 years of experience in the health care industry including roles in Leadership Development, Training, Education, Affirmative Action, Organizational Development, Quality Improvement and Human Resources Management. |

Sue Harris, Administrator, Lincoln Village Sue Harris joined our organization in December 2011. She has more than 20 years of experience in long term care leadership and management. As a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), Sue holds a certification in Gerontology from the University of North Texas, and degrees in Social Work, Sociology and Psychology. Her community involvement includes Meal on Wheels, WAHSA, Chambers of Commerce, Kiwanis and Catholic Charities. |

Sandra Reynolds, Administrator, Becker-Shoop Center Sandra Reynolds, licensed Nursing Home Administrator joined our team in 2009. She holds a degree in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University. Sandra has 16 years experience in the health care industry. |
