HomeLinc helps to make life easier and more enjoyable for those individuals in the Racine and Kenosha area who still live at home but now require some assistance. HomeLinc was developed to help manage routine duties and attend to personal needs. This non-medical program represents an extension and continuation of Lincoln Lutheran’s 50 plus years of service to the community.
HomeLinc Provides
Any number of pre-determined tasks can be accomplished within a scheduled visit, and a flat hourly rate applies.You might say the menu is a la carte.

Attitude of Caring Professionalism
Your in-home services will be delivered by compassionate, educated, and senior-focused employees. HomeLinc services are also guided by the helpful hand of a Key Advisor Committee composed of Lincoln Lutheran professionals and
community members.
Bottom line, your customer satisfaction will be measured and reported to the Program Administrator and Key Advisor Committee, while maintaining your confidentiality.
Accountability
HomeLinc is a local, care-centered service entity and not a national franchise operation or chain. Service is provided when you need it and schedule it. Every individual is handled on a case-by-case basis in order to develop a more personal relationship. After each visit you will be asked to sign your HomeLinc employee’s assignment sheet to assure proof of performance.
Access to other Lincoln Lutheran Services
HomeLinc opens up a seamless referral system and continuum of care options. We can also put you in touch with Meals-on-Wheels, senior lunch opportunities, Harmony Clubs, Skill Bank programs, adult day services, in-home respite services, skilled nursing centers, C.A.R.E. center, assisted living centers, senior apartments and respite services with caregiver support groups, as well as senior living at The Atrium or Bay Pointe.
