LincMD is a medical service that makes physician house calls for seniors. We provide in-home medical care for the homebound senior helping them “feel right” at home.

If you are a homebound senior and are unable to get to your doctor’s office, LincMD can schedule a valuable in-home medical visit.

While convenience can be an advantage; care will be a priority. LincMD is designed to be a loving, caring provider that will take a sincere interest in the well-being of the patient. The fact that others such as family members and caregivers might benefit in one way or another is simply a bonus.

Perfect candidates are individuals who can’t get out to see a doctor. LincMD serves seniors regardless of religious affiliation.

LincMD will bring a caring office atmosphere right into a comfortable home environment. The program can provide relief for the patient’s family or caregiver as well — easing the burden of having to arrange for what oftentimes can be a difficult trip.

LincMD accepts Medicare, most insurance and private pay. LincMD gift certificates are also available.

The LincMD Care Process

LincMD is a medical service. Our staff is equipped to:

• Diagnose medical conditions and illnesses.
• Perform various medical treatments inside the patient’s home.
• Communicate with the patient’s primary care physician.
• Coordinate care.
• Conduct family meetings to discuss issues and explore options.

Diagnosis of Medical Conditions & Illness Treatment

• Physical exams
• Vital signs
• Heart function (EKG)
• Lung function (pulse oximetry & spirometry)
• Draw labs
• Provide injections, including medications, flu shots and pneumonia shots
• Arrange for prescription deliveries with Meds-on-Time reminder systems
• Prescriptions for durable medical equipment

Coordinate Care with Other Physicians

• Regular communication with your primary physician and other providers
• Simplify medications, especially from multiple doctors

Coordinate Care and Services In-Home

• Conduct family meetings
• Safety evaluations
• Functional evaluations
• Senior housing recommendations
• Referrals to other senior services
• Nursing home placement issues
