Lincoln Lutheran is privileged to help you make a memorial or tribute gift honoring someone you want to remember in a heartfelt and meaningful way. Make a memorial gift in lieu of flowers or sympathy cards, or a tribute gift in lieu of birthdays, anniversaries or special days such as Mother’s, Father’s and Grandparents’ Day. It’s also a simple way to say “thanks” to staff members and volunteers for their dignified and compassionate care.
If you wish to remember the memory of a loved one through a memorial gift or an individual on a special occasion through a tribute gift, we ask that you provide the full name of the person you wish to honor, as well as the full name and address of the individual you wish to be notified of this gift.
